The A Team

At Timberland Partners, we recognize that our field team members have a significant impact on our organization. They are the direct link to our customers and essential to the success of our business. We call them “A Players,” or collectively, the “A Team.” Below are a few team members who have truly exceeded the expectations of our residents.

Chris Robson
Service Technician

Chris started with Timberland Partners as a Service Technician in May of this year and splits his time between Timberland Valley in Shakopee, MN and Wyngate Townhomes in Burnsville, MN. He has been an invaluable addition to both properties, bringing industry knowledge, an incredible work ethic and cheerful personality to the table – not to mention his delightfully dry sense of humor! Chris has done a fantastic job organizing the renovation of the Valley Community Room and found many ways to save the community money on the project without sacrificing quality. He has endeared himself to the staff and residents of both communities, and has even been known to bring in coffee for his teammates to bolster morale. Chris is the definition of a Team Player, and we are so fortunate to have him on the Timberland Partners Team!

Amanda Holt
Community Manager

Amanda joined Timberland Partners as Leasing Consultant in June of 2007 and was promoted to Community Manager in July of 2011 as a result of her outstanding performance. She consistently provides exceptional leadership to her team and works hard each day to exceed the expectations of her residents. She supports the St. Cloud region willingly with her industry knowledge and a helping hand when needed. She is a hardworking team builder who demonstrates a positive attitude, persistence, and dedication in everything she does. Amanda truly believes in and exemplifies our Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles. We are fortunate to have such a committed Team-member as Amanda!

Tammy McDermott
Community Manager

Tammy originally joined Timberland Partners as a Leasing Consultant at the Bridges at Foxridge, and she is one of the most positive and perserverant teammembers we have ever seen! When the Bridges at Foxridge found themselves without a manger this past February, Tammy immediately volunteered to take on the challenge. She quickly built up a wonderful rapport with residents and coworkers alike, and swept through Bridges at Foxridge like a leasing tornado! Within a few short months, Tammy and her team have completely turned the Bridges at Foxridge around and dramatically increased their occupancy! We are priviledged to have a manager like Tammy on the Timberland Partners Team.
